Marriages
Dawn Fischbach Matthews '67 and Thomas Huenink were married at the Boston Shambhala Center in a civil ceremony attended by family on April 22, 2006. After a reception of champagne and wedding cake made by the groom, the group took the "T" and had a feast at La Summa in Boston's North End. Nena Olear Nanfeldt '67, Janet Geelan Thomas '67 and Dawn's sister, Annie Usilton of Chestertown were wedding guests. Thomas and Dawn live in a big post and beam home in Marlboro, VT.
Susan Taylor '90 and Robert Grattan were married on August 12, 2006 in Penn Yan, NY. Among those in attendance were Kathy Waye '81 M'90 and Mary Jo Allison White '90.
Adrienne Gemmell '99 and Brent Kametz were married at Lauxmont Farms in Wrightsville, PA, on July 7, 2006. Alumni in attendance were Jennifer Higgins Wardian '99, Noelle Living McColgan '99, Amanda Norbury '99, Tom Rombach '98, Gillian Mattimore '99, Brian Hopkins '99 and Matthew Wardian '98.
Liza Davison '00 wed TJ Higdon on January 7, 2006 at Celebrations at the Bay in Pasadena, MD. Alumni and faculty in attendance included Kaite Smith '00, bridesmaid Vicky Smrcka '00, China Anderson Oakes '00, Dr. Jim Siemen, Kate Mahoney '00, Jenn Kiefer '00 and Nick Galloway '01.
Rebekah Beckett '03 and Eric Land were married March 26, 2005 in Anchorage, AK. Katie Froning '03, Emily Dickert '05 and Nicole Alpert '05 were bridesmaids. Other alumni attending included Patrick Pugh '04, Nick Donis '03, Jennie Corwell '03 and Sarah Corson '02.
Ana E. Thomas '05 and Stephen J. Turner were married July 22, 2006 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in St. Augustine, FL.
Whitney Jane Willis '05 and Jonathan Snow were married February 4, 2006 in a candlelit ceremony at Asbury United Methodist Church in Smyrna, DE.

Lalita Blue '00 and Jason Harley (brother of Christine Harley '00) were married on August 26, 2006 in Washington, DC. Ray Petty, former director of the Washington College Gospel Choir, offered liturgical dance and music. Those attending included: Thomas Calhoun, Jr., Colleena Wiseman Calhoun '99, Terri Griffin Richburg '00, Christine Harley '00, Julius Williams, Dericka Scott Oddoye '01 and Rodney Oddoye '01. Kneeling are Jason's father and uncles.
Dan Himmelberger '05 and Robin Albright '05 were married on August 29, 2006. Alumni attending were: Jess Bradley '06, Thomas Stromberg '05, Steve Schnur '05, Katie Himmelberger '08, Rebekah Hardy '05 and Cristina Melaniuc '05. Sadly, Robin succumbed to leukemia just five weeks later.

Erin Haskell '97 and Tim Hahn were married June 25, 2005 at Ascension Episcopal Church in Mt. Sterling, KY. Alumni in the wedding party included Katie Thorne Otto '97 and Nancy Milhouser Small '96. The couple honeymooned in Italy. Erin is a senior account representative for retail advertising at The Baltimore Sun. Tim is a sales manager for Richmond-American Homes. They live in Columbia, MD.
Katie Dell '98 and Michael Hinkle '98 were married on May 13, 2006 at the Lakeside Manor in Historic Gibbsboro, NJ. Bridesmaids included: Lee Ann Lezzer Richardson '97, Melissa Ellwanger '97, Barbaranne Mocella Liakos '98, Kyla Donovan Porter '98 and Kristi Masimore Phillips '01. Groomsmen included: Alex '98 as best man, Timothy Pilarksi '97, Sean Tyszko '98, Matthew Flanagan '98, David Briggs '00 and Matthew Hanifee '00. Shaunda Clark '02 and William White exchanged vows in a small ceremony in Upper Marlboro, MD, on September 2, 2006. The tropical-themed wedding was threatened by the passing of Hurricane Ernesto, but the sun came out just for Shaunda and William upon the start of the reception. The happy couple honeymooned in Hawaii.
